NH50+ Summer Outing to Wrest Park, Silsoe in Bedfordshire on 28th June 2019

Our members had a great day at Wrest Park on Friday 28th June. It was the best day of the week. It was too hot to walk around 90 Acres of beautiful Gardens.

Garden Tour in our Golf Cart was a luxury. Our volunteer Guide Lionel made two trips around the garden. There is no better way to fully appreciate the scale, grandeur and history of Wrest Park without him.

Our comfortable Minibus was provided by Hitchin Helping Hands with a very friendly volunteer driver.

Great day to remember!!!!!  Look in our gallery for some pictures.

Next big Event in NH50+ calendar is AGM and will be held on Thursday 18th July at 2.00pm at Christchurch Hall, Bedford Road, Hitchin, SG5 1HF next to Health Centre across Waitrose with car parking facilities. Bus is the most convenient way of getting there and if you have a car please try to share with someone. We have 40 members at present and would love to see all of you.
